Aisha brings a rare combination of operations leadership, strategic planning, and global perspective to Enginate. With a Master’s in University Administration and more than 15 years of experience across higher education and nonprofit leadership, she’s led large-scale initiatives focused on inclusion, organizational clarity, and sustainable growth.
Her early career included serving as a college Director of Admissions, followed by a role as Director of Multicultural Affairs at an Ivy League institution, where she led equity-centered transformation efforts. Those experiences shaped how she approaches systems, culture, responsibility, and the people behind every decision.
A lifelong traveler, Aisha stepped away from the traditional career path to pursue a long-held dream of living in Africa—a chapter that deepened her global perspective. Later, she transitioned into the nonprofit sector as Director of Program Management for an international organization with teams across 13 countries, specializing in multi-stakeholder operations, program execution, and cross-cultural leadership.
As demand for Devon’s freelance development work grew, Aisha saw the opportunity to pair his technical and strategic skills with her operational expertise. Together, they co-founded Enginate—a studio built to bridge technology and business strategy with clarity, structure, and long-term partnership. After years on the “client side” of agency relationships, she was especially motivated to create a studio defined by seamless communication, predictable workflows, and measurable outcomes.
Today, Aisha ensures Enginate’s projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with client goals. She leads operations, delivery, and analytics—bringing meticulous attention to detail, strong facilitation skills, and a results-driven mindset to every engagement.
