Renowned as both a music educator and a seasoned live musician, Jon "JP" Petronzio boasts an impressive track record of over 2,500 stage appearances. Recognizing the growing demand for his personal one-on-one lessons in his studio, JP sought guidance on evolving his business model to effectively share his musical expertise with a broader audience. Engaging in our Blueprinting Discovery Process, we collaboratively refined his business model to include a more scalable approach, limiting in-person lessons while embracing group coaching and on-demand courses.
Embarking on the journey to bring Jon Petronzio's new business model to life, the pivotal first step involved the design, development, and launch of his inaugural online course, "Make Music Now."
The collaboration with JP commenced with a strategic exploration, where we meticulously identified the goals and expectations associated with the shift in his business model. This process allowed us to ensure realistic expectations and assess the viability of the new approach. We defined the "product ladder," outlining the various offerings that individuals could purchase, with on-demand courses emerging as the initial focal point.
Following the production of the first course, we conducted a testing phase with a select group of students, seeking valuable feedback to refine and enhance the content. With adjustments made, we were poised to introduce "Make Music Now" to a broader audience.
Enginate played a pivotal role in crafting a compelling promotion and sales page for the course. This included secure checkout forms, discount code integration, purchase notifications via email and text notification, and a secure access mechanism for customers to delve into the course content. As our collaboration continues, we anticipate expanding the site to encompass additional courses and group coaching opportunities, further enriching the offerings for his audience.
