Project Description
OverviewLiberated Development is a leadership consulting and coaching agency that partners with organizations and individuals to develop personalized, culture-informed strategies. During a period of rapid growth, their existing website—built on a DIY website builder—began to show its limitations.
They needed a professional online presence that could evolve alongside their services, support new program formats, and protect the privacy of their clients, all while remaining manageable for their internal team.
The Challenge
As demand increased, the original website struggled to keep pace. The DIY platform restricted mobile experience, layout flexibility, and the ability to support custom functionality. Content updates were limited, and distributing course materials relied on manual monthly emails with documents and links.
This approach created administrative bottlenecks, inconsistent client experiences, and growing concerns around scalability and client anonymity.

We rebuilt the site from the ground up as a fully custom, responsive platform designed for long-term scalability. Alongside the website redesign, we delivered a refreshed logo and expanded brand style guide to support consistent visual identity as the organization grew.As Liberated Development’s offerings evolved, we introduced client-editable modules, custom integrations, and flexible page structures that allowed their team to manage and update content independently—without requiring developer support.
A major focus was replacing the fragmented email-based workflow with a secure, branded course delivery portal. We developed a custom login-access system with flexible permissions, timed-release scheduling, and support for documents, video, and audio—while ensuring participant anonymity throughout the experience.
Key Outcomes
The new platform fundamentally improved how Liberated Development delivers its programs. Their team can now manage content independently, automate monthly course releases, and provide a centralized, professional client experience.
By winter 2024, the portal successfully supported the launch of Liberated Development’s first two online courses, establishing a scalable foundation for continued program expansion.
