Leadership
After college, Devon pursued graphic design.  While his fellow Corporate Communications graduates took jobs at large firms, he decided to make a career as a touring musician while also working as a website developer and designer on a freelance basis.

The timing his decision to grow his freelance business into a full agency came at a perfect crossroads for them both. Together they hand-picked a strong team to offer the perfect balance of cutting-edge expertise in the field, a client-oriented experience, and the attention to detail needed to keep online businesses at the forefront. They founded Enginate servicing 100+ clients within their first 2 years.

Devon’s real passion is helping business owners understand and grow their online marketing efforts, with a focus on PROVING a return on their investment.
